Nigerian adult content creator Sephy Persephone has revealed that she plans to leave the adult film industry before starting a family, saying she wants her future children to be defined by love rather than her past.
Speaking about her plans, Sephy said she wants to step away from the industry before becoming a mother.
“After a while, I re-evaluated my wants, and now I want family. But before I even start doing that, I want to have already left the industry,” she said.
She acknowledged that her past career may affect her future children in some ways, but expressed confidence that the love and support she gives them would matter more than public judgment.
“I know that it’s going to be a factor, and I know it’s going to affect me to an extent, but I know that I’m going to deal with it because I deal with whatever it is life throws my way,” she added.
Sephy explained that her priority would be creating a safe and loving environment for her children, regardless of external opinions.
“If I love my kids, and they know I love them, and if I protect them, none of the external factors are going to matter,” she said.
She also revealed that she would try her best to shield her children from certain parts of her past while allowing them to grow with love and understanding.
When asked how she wants to be remembered, Sephy said she does not want public recognition to define her legacy, but rather wants the people close to her to remember her as someone who loved and supported them.
“I want them to remember me as someone that’s around with them and loves them,” she said, adding that she wants to be remembered as someone who would do anything for her friends and loved ones.
